Dolfin Swimwear gladly accepts customer returns provided the following conditions are met:

• All return requests must be sent no more than 30 days after shipment of merchandise.
• Returns must be processed through Returns (dolfinswimwear.com) in order to be accepted.
• Merchandise must NOT have been worn OR laundered AND must have all hang tags AND sew-in tags attached in their original position AND condition.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Stock items ordered with embellishments are considered customized AND are non-returnable. The exception to this is in the case of a Manufacturers error OR defect (Refer to Returns: Special Order Items section for more information.)
